Crude:

Today world fuel indices fell to the lowest level in more than six years on speculation that a record global glut will be prolonged. OPEC failed to address a growing supply glut, while a stronger dollar made it more expensive to hold crude positions.

Bunker Market:

Still a lot of downward pressure on ARA market due to oversupply.
