International Bunkering launches Singapore office

Dubai senior trader heads new operation in Singapore.

Dubai-headquartered International Bunkering Middle East DMCC, has announced the launch of its new office in Singapore.

Commenting on the news, Carsten Ledekjaer, Managing Director and CEO, said: "Apart from our newly-opened liaison office in Mumbai, India, we decided to expand further with an additional office in the world's busiest bunker port. As it is commonly known, Singapore is by far the world's largest single bunker location and a great part of our existing business is related to Singapore in one way or another. Therefore it is a natural step for us to move even closer to one of our main markets."

New business International Bunkering Pte. Ltd is headed by its newly-appointed Managing Director, Felix Teo [pictured], who has been relocated and promoted from his previous role of Senior Bunker Trader at International Bunkering Middle East DMCC in Dubai.

Furthermore, a team of 3 additional traders and a finance manager have been recruited and the company says it is also looking to recruit more staff with the right qualifications.

The new office is already active and open for business and can be reached on the numbers/addresses below.
