Rotterdam Market Report

Market report from Marine Bunkering (Rotterdam) B.V.

World fuel indices sharply dropped today on U.S. oil stockpiles build up. U.S. crude inventories rose 8.028 million barrels to 476.6 million in the week to Oct. 16 - more than double analysts' expectations for an increase of 3.9 million barrels.

A meeting between officials from OPEC and oil producers outside the group including Russia did not discuss restrictions on crude output or setting a target range for prices.
