The average price of 380 centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Fujairah declined by $8 per tonne, or 1.32 percent, during the month of April, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380 cst average at the Middle East's leading bunker port decreased to $594 per tonne, down from $602 per tonne in March, during a month that saw Fujairah's best-selling fuel grade record a $17 low-high price range of $586 to $603 per tonne.

The April price is the lowest since July 2013. It is the third consecutive month that the 380 cst average has fallen. The last time this occurred was between May and July 2013.

The three-month decline means that Fujairah's 380 cst price is down $23 since reaching $617 during the month of January.
