The average monthly price of 380-centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Rotterdam decreased for the second successive month in April, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380-cst average at Europe's leading bunker port fell by $19 per tonne, or 3.15 percent, to $584 per tonne in April, down from $603 per tonne the previous month.

It is the lowest monthly average since December and the third lowest since February 2011. Last month's decrease is also the fifth over a seven-month period.
