The average price of marine gas oil (MGO) at the port of Singapore decreased at a slower rate than ICE Gas Oil in the month of December, according to Bunker Index price data.

The ICE Gas Oil settlement average fell by $10.46 per tonne, or 1.12 percent, to $926.60 per tonne in the month of December. During the same period, the Singapore MGO average decreased by just $4 per tonne, or 0.43 percent, to $918 per tonne.

Between January and December, the monthly MGO average in Singapore declined by $37 per tonne, or 3.87 percent, whilst the ICE Gas Oil settlement average decreased by $27.07 per tonne, or 2.83 percent.
