New physical supplier in Ust-Dunaysk

Turkish firm CYE Petrol Ticaret Ltd. has announced that it will be expanding its physical supply operation in the Danube river with a new service in Ust-Dunaysk roads, Ukraine, from June 2011.

In a statement, the company said it will be supplying 0.1 percent sulphur marine gasoil (MGO) to customers requiring marine fuel at the Danube port.

"MARPOL ANNEX VI procedures will be followed. In addition to high standards, CYE PETROL guarantees ISO 8217:2010 specifications for bunker products in the supply zone," CYE Petrol said in a statement.

The news follows CYE Petrol's recent launch of a bunkering service in the so-called 61 miles zone located near Reni and Izmail and the entrance to the Black Sea in April 2011.

The company said it was using a bunkering barge with a pumping rate of 100 metric tonnes per hour to carry out the deliveries.
