Island Oil (Holdings) Ltd has launched an international trading office in London.

The new business - operating as Island Oil Trading (UK) Ltd - was incorporated on September 18, UK government records show.

Cyprus-headquartered Island Oil has appointed Dave Matthews as Head of Sales, Marine Bunkers & Lubricants. He has more than twelve years' experience in the industry, having been employed at a number of major UK trading houses during the course of his career.
