Senior Trader - Supply

Vacancy Description: Integr8 Fuels is one of the fastest growing bunker trader/brokers in the market. Established in early 2011, the company has enjoyed significant success, both with suppliers and customers. Integr8 acts as exclusive trader to the Navig8 Fleet, and has close relationships with a number of blue chip shipping companies. Its hybrid model of trader / end user gives the company an advantage over its peers at the time of developing relationships with suppliers and end users.

Core purpose of the role: To liaise with suppliers regarding the supply of bunker fuel and to manage, build and maintain business relationships with current and potential suppliers.

Summary of responsibilities:

- Liaising daily with suppliers

- Manage and maintain supplier relationships and improve supplier support

- Coordinate between supply teams for all other offices in Singapore

- Buying/selling ex wharf

Skills and experience

Essential:

- Ideally 3 -5 years' experience as an ex-wharf / bunker trader

- Experience in Risk Management - hedging

- Experience of Ex wharf book management & Ex wharf credit management

- Experience with derivatives and futures trading

- Proven ability to develop business

- Meticulous and organized and disciplined

Desirable:

- Other shipping experience e.g. in operations or chartering would be an advantage
