A summary of weekly Fujairah 380 centistoke (cSt) prices.



The price of 380 centistoke (cSt) intermediate fuel oil (IFO) at the port of Fujairah rose to its highest end-of-week level in eight weeks on October 9, according to Bunker Index price data.

The Fujairah 380 cSt bunker price was up $23.50, or 10.0 percent, to $257.50 per tonne on October 9 compared with $234.00 per tonne on October 2.

During the week, price increases of $8.50, $0.50 and $27.00 - seen on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday respectively - outweighed the $12.50 decrease recorded on Thursday and the stable Fujairah market seen on Friday.

The $257.50-per-tonne price is the highest end-of-week price level in almost two months - since August 14. The $23.50 increase is the most significant in five weeks.
