Monjasa, the Denmark-headquartered marine fuel supplier and trader, has advertised for a trader to be based at its Fredericia office in Southern Denmark, with applications accepted until 24 June.
The role sits within the company's Northwest Europe trading desk and will involve day-to-day trading activity, logistics planning, and developing relationships with customers and suppliers across global markets.
Describing the position, Anis Cengic, Trading Manager for Northwest Europe at Monjasa, stated: "As a Trader at Monjasa, you become part of a fast-paced, collaborative trading floor where strong relationships and teamwork drive exceptional results. Our Personal Business approach means you will work closely with customers and suppliers around the world, ensuring vessels are fuelled across global waters. It is dynamic, it is engaging, and you will be working alongside some of the most skilled professionals in the industry."
Monjasa notes that candidates should bring experience in bunker trading, shipping or sales, alongside strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and what the company describes as a proactive, team-driven personality.
The company, which was founded in 2002, operates a fleet of around 30 vessels and maintains 15 office locations spanning Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia.
Monjasa Group reported revenue of $4bn and net profit of $39m in 2025, with a total sales volume of 6.8 million tonnes.
