Rotterdam Market Report

Market report from Marine Bunkering (Rotterdam) B.V.

Crude:

Brent oil relapsed into a bear market as rising Iraqi exports and a rebound in U.S. drilling signalled that the global supply glut will grow.

Oil's rebound from a six-year low has faltered amid signs a surplus will persist as the U.S. pumps near the fastest rate in three decades and leading members of OPEC pump at record levels.

Bunker Market:

Although Rotterdam market is oversupplied with fuel oil due to closed arbitrage and high imports from Russia, loading problems for barges still persist. ARA fuel oil is looking very bearish based on both crude and local oversupply.

Marine Gas Oil DMA .89/ LS 0.1%: USD 455-458
