Crude:

WTI rose less than Brent after the Labour Department reported that applications for unemployment benefits in the US increased to a five-week high.

Brent rose the most in a month amid concern that talks between the Libyan government and the rebels will not restore oil exports.

Bunker Market:

Market firmed in line with higher crude numbers. Prompt fuel tight in ARA, as less product than expected is arriving and due to Russian refinery maintenance season. Some suppliers fully booked till early next week. High numbers mentioned are for prompt product.
