Oil declined in New York as more Americans than forecast filed applications for unemployment benefits and sales of previously owned homes fell, raising concern that the U.S. recovery is stalling

Very tight availability on all products. Premium between hs/ls grades remains firm due to ongoing shortage of LS. Tight availability for LS in Antwerp as well. Below mentioned numbers are not for prompt product. For all products also expect considerable higher numbers as tightness is expected to last unil at least the beginning of next week. Some suppliers fully booked for LS and HS until 24 April 2012.
