Companies to rise up the list were Sentek Marine & Trading Pte. Ltd. and Equatorial Marine Fuel Management Services Pte. Ltd. - a company which re-entered the Top 10 after having fallen three places to eleventh in 2010.

After entering the Top 15 for the first time in 2010, O.W. Bunker Far East (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. improved its position last year, as did Alliance Oil Trading Pte. Ltd. and Toyota Tsusho Petroleum (S) Pte. Ltd..
