Rotterdam terminal operator appoints CEO

New CEO to oversee the development of a new oil product storage facility in the Netherlands.

Summa Group and VTTI B.V., 75 percent and 25 percent shareholders of Shtandart TT B.V. respectively, have announced the appointment of Frank Schaper [pictured] as CEO of the management board of Shtandart TT B.V.

Prior to his appointment, Schaper was general manager at EuroTank Amsterdam B.V., VTTI’s terminal location in Amsterdam.

Guillaume de La Ville has been appointed CFO of the management board. He currently holds the position of CFO at Souz Petrolium in Geneva, Switzerland.

Shtandart TT B.V. plans to build and operate approximately 3 million cubic metres of storage facilities allocated for Urals crude oil and oil products in the port of Rotterdam.

After the initial permitting and design process, construction work for the new terminal is expected to commence in 2013 with an operational start-up planned for 2015.

The office of Shtandart TT B.V. will be based in Rotterdam. It will be located at K.P. van der Mandelelaan 60, Rotterdam.
