Crude:

Crude surged after the report that OPEC might finally agree to cut production to reduce the world glut. The United Arab Emirates' energy minister said the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries was probably willing to cooperate on an output cut.

Bunker Market:

Inventories balanced, no floating storage. Russian exports low plus firm crude market makes higher bunker prices. Prompt products (fuel/gas) remain tight.
