The average price of 380-centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Fujairah declined by $8 per tonne, or 1.3 percent, during the month of February, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380-cst average at the Middle East's leading bunker port decreased to $609 per tonne, down from $617 per tonne in January, during a month that saw Fujairah's best-selling fuel grade record an $18 low-high price range of $598 to $616 per tonne.

The February decrease is only the second in the last seven months.
