Crude:

WTI capped the biggest weekly advance since July as the US jobless rate dropped to a five-year low, bolstering the outlook for economic growth.

Bunker Market:

LS market remains tight for Rotterdam/Antwerp. Antwerp situation worse than Rotterdam. Expectations are that December will remain tight due to lack of blending components. Large congestion (some barges waiting 6/9 days). Some suppliers fully booked till mid next week. Below numbers not for prompt product.
