Bunker price volatility fell to its lowest level since April during the month of July, according to Bunker Index price data.

In a comparison of low-high differentials for the daily BIX global average, July 2012 proved to be the least volatile of the last 3 months with a low-high differential of $44.77 per tonne.

The lowest daily global bunker price last month was $761.50 per tonne on July 2, whilst the highest price was $806.27 per tonne on July 20.
