Rotterdam Market Report



CRUDE:

Crude surged on speculation that central banks from Europe to Chine will ease monetary policy to spur growth while sanctions against Iran may curb supply. In Iran a bill is being drafted for Iranian forces to potentially halt all vessels carrying crude to countries supporting sanctions on Iran through the Strait of Hormuz.

BUNKER MARKET:

The market kept jumping yesterday, suppliers only offering for very short time frames. Product remains tight on all grades in Antwerp and Rotterdam. Prompt product tight. Some suppliers fully booked till 9th July. Below numbers not for prompt product. Even though crude is easing off, the bunker market remains firm due to tightness of product.
