CRUDE:

Oil rose after the Federal Reserve announced its plans to keep US interest rates near a record low through 2014, and a report showed durable goods orders in the world’s biggest crude consuming country increased.

Market firming. Some suppliers fully booked this month. On 30th January there will be a strike in Antwerp, which might affect bunker supplies. Barges sailing but locks could be closed. At the moment effects still unclear.
