Bunker Holding Group has won 'Community Most Valued Player' at the Club Talentsoft awards, held last week in Amsterdam.

The Denmark-headquartered business said it was "very proud of this recognition, which points out companies that are leading the way in human resources and digital learning innovation".

Alexander A. Jaffe, Group Director, HR & Communications, who received the award on behalf of Bunker Holding, remarked: "This is a great achievement for us as a business. We have worked closely together across the entire organisation to streamline our HR processes and adopt new digital ways of working. I am proud of our managers and employees. Well done."

It is the second time that Bunker Holding has received a Club Talentsoft award. In 2016, the firm won the HR Innovation Award.

The Club Talentsoft event was held on June 12-13 at the former stock exchange building, Beurs van Berlage, and at the Barbizon Palace hotel.

This year, the HR-focused conference looked at issues such as how to apply design thinking to HR, how to provide a personalised experience for employees, and how to leverage innovative technologies to improve efficiency and rethink HR.
