KPI Bridge Oil appoints chief accountant in Greece


Marialena Papatheodorou joins KPI Brige Oil's office in Athens.



KPI Bridge Oil, a trader and broker of marine fuels, marine lubricants and risk management products, has appointed Marialena Papatheodorou as chief accountant at its Athens office.

In a statement, the company said: "Marialena joins the KPI Bridge Oil group from a leading shipping company where she held a senior position as Treasurer & Accounting Manager. Marialena has an MBA from a London University and over twenty years experience working with large international companies. While her first language is Greek, Marialena is also fluent in French and English."

Commenting on her appointment, Papatheodorou said: "I am very excited to be a part of KPI Bridge Oil's growth here in Greece and the wider Mediterranean region and I look forward to the fresh challenges my new role will bring."

Managing Director for the Athens office, Jesper D. Rasmussen, remarked: "Marialena’s enthusiasm is contagious and her solid financial management background combined with extensive maritime industry experience will be instrumental in the continued development of the office."
