Crude:

World fuel indices continued a downward trend during the beginning of the week. A possibility that storage tanks will reach their limits is pushing crude down to levels necessary to force an immediate halt to some production. The European Union said that the lifting of sanctions on Iran could come soon. Market participants are concerned about Iran's return to the oil markets as it could add more pressure to the global glut that has knocked prices from more than $100 in mid-2014.
