Global Risk Management appoints CFO


Niels Hyldegaard Kristensen was previously employed at Jyske Bank.



A/S Global Risk Management has announced that Niels Hyldegaard Kristensen, aged 32, has been employed as chief financial officer (CFO) at its head office in Middelfart.

Hyldegaard previously worked for Danish financial institution Jyske Bank A/S between August 2008 and November 2014 as economist (August 2008 to July 2011), senior economist (July 2011 – May 2013), and lead business analyst (May 2013 to November 2014).

As lead business analyst his main tasks were business strategy, legal compliance, financial risk management and price optimisation.

Hyldegaard also has a master's degree in Economics and Management from Aarhus University.

In a statement, the company said: "He will be responsible for all financial positions and reporting. Furthermore, he will ensure the continued development of the Global middle and back office. Niels will be part of the GRM Management Team."

Managing director Hans Erik Christensen remarked: "We are very pleased to have Niels on board our team and we are confident that he will contribute positively to developing our company in an even more positive direction over the coming years."
