Crude:

WTI climbed as a government report showed that rising gasoline use reduced inventories of the fuel. Brent increased on concerns that Libyan exports return may be delayed.

Bunker Market:

Product tight, especially HS. Situation expected to remain tight this week. Gap in prices is between normal and prompt supply and depends on supply dates.
