WTI climbed to a 12-week high on declining stockpiles at a US storage hub and on speculation China’s government will boost the economy of the world’s second-biggest crude consumer, while European leaders prepared a plan to tackle the debt crisis.

BUNKER MARKET:

After a considerable drop in prices yesterday afternoon (380 cst hs/ls levels of: 638/660), market firmed again in line with the crude numbers. Prompt product remains tight, some suppliers fully booked this month. Still congestion at loading installations.
