CRUDE:

Crude rose after European Central Bank President and Bank of England announced a bond-purchase program to stimulate economic growth. This helped spur market confidence for a recovery. Oil prices showing huge draws from investors. There is a more positive sentiment for growth and crude prices reaching break-even prices for producers and a rebound could be approaching.

BUNKER MARKET:

Prompt product remains tight, some suppliers fully booked till Wednesday. Yesterday afternoon the market decreased, numbers now at same levels as yesterday’s opening. Gasoil prices firm.
