O Bunkering has announced the formation of a new board of directors following its recent merger with Marafi Services.

The bunker supplier said the move reflects its commitment to stronger governance and to building a solid platform for sustainable growth after the integration.

According to the announcement, the new board brings together complementary leadership experience that will help steer the business’s strategic direction in the next phase.

The board announcement follows the recent merger between O Bunkering and Marafi Services, which the two sides said was aimed at strengthening marine fuel supply and maritime operations across Omani ports.

O Bunkering is a Muscat-based physical bunker supplier and marine solutions provider established in 2013, serving Omani ports with fuel supply and related shipping support activities.

Marafi Services is an Abu Dhabi-based marine contractor active in marine works, dredging, civil works, and transport and equipment rental provision.
