Fratelli Cosulich Bunkers (S) Pte Ltd has received the Harbour Craft Skills and Workforce Development Recognition Award (COC Participation) 2026 from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).

The award, presented during the Harbour Craft Forum 2026 on 31 July, recognises the company's support for the MPA's Industry Transformation Training Programme, with particular reference to the certificate of competency (COC), and its contribution to the development of a skilled harbour craft workforce in Singapore.

Saiful Haziq, Crewing Manager at Fratelli Cosulich Bunkers Singapore, collected the award on behalf of the company at the forum.

Fratelli Cosulich said the recognition reflects the Singapore team's commitment to training, skills development, and operational standards within one of the world's busiest maritime and bunkering hubs.

The MPA's Industry Transformation Training Programme is designed to raise professional standards across Singapore's harbour craft sector, with the COC qualification serving as a key benchmark for crew competency and maritime safety.

Fratelli Cosulich Bunkers is the Singapore-based bunkering arm of Italy's Fratelli Cosulich Group. Fratelli Cosulich launched its physical bunker supply business in Singapore in 2005. The marine energy business is also active in Genoa and offers bunker trading services through a wider international office network.

As previously reported, Cosulich Marine Energy’s Singapore operation also received two Excellence in Bunkering Safety awards from the MPA in May.
