Island Oil (Holdings) Limited has posted a vacancy for a front office administrator position at its Limassol headquarters in Cyprus.
The role will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while undertaking secretarial tasks and offering administrative support across the organization, according to the job posting.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering and screening phone calls, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, arranging travel bookings, updating calendars and scheduling meetings, and ordering office supplies.
The company is seeking candidates with a higher education diploma and at least three years of working experience in a similar position. Applicants must have excellent command of Greek and English languages, be computer literate, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
The position offers a benefits package including 13th salary, provident fund, private medical insurance, monthly nursery care allowance, annual paid study leave, lunch, and parking.
