Dan-Bunkering promotes two Dubai traders to team leader


Employees praised for their leadership skills as they move up the company's career ladder.

Dan-Bunkering has announced the promotion of bunker traders Mohamed-Elghali (Rali) Bara and Lamin Bara to the role of Bunker Trader and Team Leader at the firm's office in Dubai.

Commenting on Rali Bara's performance since joining the Dubai office in 2013, Dan-Bunkering said: "During his career with Dan-Bunkering shown great business instinct and strong leadership skills, which is why a promotion to Team Leader was an obvious next step up the internal career ladder."

Discussing Lamin Bara's work since starting at the Dubai office in 2015, Dan-Bunkering said: "[He] has has demonstrated the ability to motivate the team around him as well as the skills and willingness to become a strong team leader."

Managing director, Kasper Fulton Stiedl, remarked: "Both traders are great assets to the group and the promotion is well deserved as a result of their strong work ethic and ability to motivate and inspire their colleagues.
