Annual survey of shore-based operations in Singapore


Aim of the survey is to improve the quality of marine services provided to ships in Singapore.



The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has appointed ML Research Consultants Pte Ltd to conduct the Annual Marine Services Survey (2015) of shore-based operators (shipping agents and marine terminal/operation managers) from October 29 to December 21, 2015.

In an announcement, the MPA said that the feedback would assist in enhancing the marine services provided to ships in Singapore. "Response in the survey will be kept strictly confidential," the MPA added.

Shore-based operators are to be informed about the survey via email. They will be requested to participate via the following website address:
