BIX 180 price summary: week 26


A summary of weekly global 180 centistoke (cSt) prices.



The Bunker Index 180 CST (BIX 180) - the worldwide daily 180 centistoke (cSt) average quoted in US$ per metric tonne - declined by $7.76 per tonne, or 1.9 percent, during the seven-day period between June 19 and June 26, according to Bunker Index price data.

The global 180 cSt price was $409.56 per tonne on June 26 compared to $417.32 per tonne on June 19. It is the second weekly decline in the a row and the fifth in the last five weeks. It is also the lowest end-of-week figure in 10 weeks - since April 17.
