Vopak: Cancellation of outstanding financing preference shares effected

Cancellation took effect on January 1, 2015.

Vopak has today announced that it has received confirmation from the Rotterdam District Court that no opposition has been filed against the cancellation of all outstanding financing preference shares.

The cancellation of all 41.4 million outstanding financing preference shares in the amount of EUR 44 million (par value EUR 20.7 million and share premium EUR 23.3 million), took effect on 1 January 2015.
