Dan-Bunkering promotes bunker trader in Singapore


Thieu-vi Phung is promoted to the role of senior bunker trader.



Dan-Bunkering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has announced the promotion of Thieu-vi Phung [pictured] to the role of senior bunker trader, effective from May 1, 2014.

"Thieu-vi Phung was originally employed by Dan-Bunkering in Copenhagen in 2007 and moved to Singapore in May 2013. He is of French nationality born to Chinese parents and is responsible for the office’s French speaking customers," Dan-Bunkering said in an emailed statement.

Prior to joining Dan-Bunkering in 2007, Thieu-vi Phung worked as a purchaser for La Corpo in Paris in 2005. He was also a commercial executive at UK firm Deltabuy Ltd. between 2002 and 2003. He speaks French, English, Danish, Cantonese, Japanese and German.
