Crude:

WTI rose to a 3-week high after a report showed that US distillate supplies tumbled as cold weather bolstered heating demand.

Bunker Market:

Market decreasing in line with lower crude numbers. Prompt LS remains tight, but situation getting better. Below numbers are not for prompt product.
