CRUDE:

WTI tumbled for a 3rd week on forecasts that the US budget impasse may hurt growth in the world's largest oil-consuming country and as easing tension in Syria reduced supply concerns.

BUNKER MARKET:

Much congestion due to maintenance shutdown at 3 refineries. Some suppliers fully booked this week. For this reason the market will remain strong as expected. Below numbers not applicable to prompt product.
