Bunker firm launches new website

Company says it also plans to launch several new features in the future.

Cyprus-based bunker company M.Y. Bunkers has announced the launch of its newly-designed website.

Developed by Storm New Media, the new website focuses on the company's activities in Malta, Ceuta and Africa.

M.Y. Bunkers has been providing a supply service in Ceuta in association with Vilma Oil since 2008. The partnership offers 0.1% marine gas oil (MGO) in addition to low and high sulphur 380-centistoke (cst) and 180-cst fuel. Supplies are available to both yachts and commercial vessels and are carried out ex-pipe at the Levante Quai. In addition, since 2010, supplies are also available by barge at the anchorage.

In Malta, M.Y. Bunkers arranges deliveries of all grades via its association with local fuel oil suppliers. Using the 1100-metric-tonne capacity Bunkertank1 barge to carry out deliveries enables the company to supply large volumes to clients.

Under the new website section entitled 'Our Promise', the company says it pledges to "provide competitive prices without compromise. Delivering an unrivalled service of back up and support with the primary objective Client Satisfaction. If things do go wrong we will work tirelessly to correct matters not looking for excuses but solutions.

"We are constantly working hard to really understand what matters to our customers, and what developments are needed to maintain their loyalty. We are always striving to enhance our service in our aim to be the most competitive efficient and customer orientated marine fuel supplier in each of our locations."

Commenting on the website, M.Y. Bunkers said: "The new website will become a launching point for many exciting new features we will be rolling out in the both near and distant future. Some of our planned improvements include links to Facebook and Twitter along with availability in additional languages. We hope that you find the new website useful and please feel free to send us any comments or feedback you may have."
