Black Sea bunker trader joins new supplier

Andrey Zubov appointed trader at Fast Bunker Trade Ltd.

Black Sea bunker trader Andrey Zubov has joined recently established marine fuels company Fast Bunker Trade Ltd (FBT).

As reported by Bunker Index earlier this month, Zubov was previously employed by Kiev-based bunker company Marine Standard Ltd, which stopped operating just a few weeks ago.

Zubov's new employer was formed earlier this year and specializes in carrying out physical bunker deliveries of ISO 8217-specification 380 centistoke (cSt) fuel oil, 180 cSt and marine gas oil (MGO) to vessels transiting the Russian ports of Kavkaz, Taman and Novorossiysk.

Zubov has more than 20 years' experience in bunkering and is one of the industry's leading Black Sea specialists.

Before joining Marine Standard in 2016, Zubov served as a trader at Cyprus-based Bunker Holdings Ltd for more than 12 years. Before that, he was bunker manager at Lukoil Bunker Ltd in Istanbul between 1998 and 2003, and bunker trader at Evrasia Bunker Ltd between 1995 and 1998.
