Curoil MD stresses importance of building strong relationships

MD says Curoil will focus on improving its service and developing strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Yamil Lasten, Managing Director of bunker supply firm Curoil N.V, has today issued a letter to clients, where he stresses the importance of improving the company's service at all levels and building strong relationships with its customers. Please find the letter in its entirety below.

Dear clients and business partners,

It is a privilege to introduce myself. On June 1st of this year, I was officially appointed Managing Director of Curoil N.V., and its subsidiaries Curgas N.V., Curoil Bonaire N.V. and Curoil Gassstation N.V. I am proud to have joined a company with such a fine reputation of delivering high quality products and services in the bunkering, aviation and cargo business areas to local, regional and international clients.

Curoil is a reliable partner in business and a dynamic company. This is the result of a combination of work eithic, the products we deliver, the services we offer, but also of the people and companies we work with. As employees of a large and diversified company, we have a strong focus on improving our service at all levels of the organization and maintaining the highest possible level of operational excellence. We are positive and realistic and always think in terms of solutions. More importantly: we act accordingly.

Companies can only thrive and be successful if they are in an ongoing process of building, maintaining and expanding strong and sustainable relationships with their stakeholders by participating in an active dialogue with each one of them. In my opinion this is a vital process for which there is always room for improvement. Your comments and suggestions are of great importance to Curoil's success and will always be taken into consideration.

One of my main objectives as Managing Director is to increase the frequency of contact with our clients and other business partners. In a practical sense, this means that Mrs Rozanne Portillo, Curoil's Commercial Manager, and I are available at all times and we will also take the liberty of getting in touch with you and / or other representatives of your company on a regular basis.

Evidently, we will continue to operate in accordance with the highest international and environmental standards. On land, in the air or at sea: our services will make the difference in your daily operations.

Sincerely,

Yamil W. Lasten
Chairman of Management Team, Curoil N.V and its subsidiaries
Curgas N.V., Curoil Bonaire N.V. and Curoil Gassstation N.V.
