CRUDE:

Crude surged to a five-month high as signs of decreasing stockpiles in the US raises concern that Europe's debt crisis will dampen fuel demand. Direction of major pipeline between Oklahoma and Gulf Coast will be reversed, adding an outlet for crude from central US and Canada.
