New bunker supplier in West Africa

Supplier begins delivering marine gas oil to customers in West Africa.

Luanda-based Abamag has announced that it has recently begun carrying out deliveries of marine distillates to customers calling at ports in Angola.

The company launched its bunker supply operation in May after receiving a license from the country's Oil & Transport Ministry to provide bunkering services at all Angolan ports - Luanda, Lobito, Cabinda, Soyo, Porto Amboim - and offshore Angola.

Speaking to Bunker Index, general manager Matos Andre said that the company is currently supplying marine gas oil (MGO) to clients, but it also intends to offer 380-centistoke (cst), 180-cst and fresh water in the future.
