Singapore-based Magenta Global Pte Ltd. has announced that it is offering a 10 percent discount to Bunker Index users that attend its Commerciality of Bunkering Course, due to be held in Cape Town, South Africa, later this month and in Limassol, Cyprus during the month of May.
