Flex Commodities FZCO has appointed Evangelia Tsimpidi as operator – physical.

Tsimpidi joins from Trafigura Maritime Ventures, where she spent more than three years in bunkering.

Her previous work covered Athens and Montevideo, with responsibility for end-to-end marine fuel activity in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) region and the United States market.

At Flex Commodities, Tsimpidi will manage Greek-based physical bunker work. Her remit includes barge management, supply execution and coordination with traders, suppliers and agents.

The bunker firm stated that her market knowledge and practical experience would support its continued expansion of physical capabilities.
