Job description

Your primary role is to deal with daily operations such as ensuring smooth bunker deliveries, coordinating with local entities, coordination of loadings in local terminals, generating reports and many other ad hoc tasks. Thus, we expect you to be curious towards our business environment and have a can-do attitude to tackle dynamic and sometimes complex situations.

Areas of focus

- Coordinate and maintain the overview of bunker deliveries on a daily basis
- Daily contact with the crews, agents and terminals
- Send bunker & loading orders and job lists to our barges
- Continuously update NAV with sales orders
- Optimize the costs and movements of our vessels
- Ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate - professional skills

- At least 2 years of experience with marine agency operations, terminal operations, vessel operations or bunkering.
- Relevant educational background
- Fluency in written/oral English and Spanish
- IT proficient - professional user of Microsoft Office is a requirement, NAV is a plus
