Aegean Marine Petroleum elects directors

Yiannis N. Papanicolaou and Konstantinos D. Koutsomitopoulos to serve as directors until 2019.

Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. has confirmed the election of two shareholders to serve as directors of the company.

In a filing to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the bunker firm said that Yiannis N. Papanicolaou and Konstantinos D. Koutsomitopoulos were elected to serve as directors of the company until its 2019 annual meeting of shareholders, and until their successors are elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal.

The election took place at Aegean's annual general meeting (AGM) on May 18.
