Hapag-Lloyd lowers Trans-Pacific bunker surcharge


Revised surcharges are effective from January 1st.



Container shipping line Hapag-Lloyd AG has confirmed that it has revised downwards its Bunker Fuel Factor (BFF) surcharge for all dry, reefer, flat rack and open-top containers from Asia. The scope includes East Asia and Indian Subcontinent to all U.S. and Canada destinations.

Effective January 1st, 2016, the BFF will be as follows:
