Bunker Index (BIX) price summary: week 25


Global bunker prices dipped by 0.15 percent during the 7-day period between June 12 and June 19.



The Bunker Index (BIX) - the daily average global bunker price quoted in US$ per metric tonne - fell by $0.79 per tonne, or 0.15 percent, during the 7-day period between June 12 and June 19, according to Bunker Index price data.

The global price was $537.60 per tonne on June 19 compared to $538.39 per tonne on June 12. It is the fourth end-of-week decrease in the last five weeks.
